Customers should be at the site 10 minutes prior his appointment. Arriving at a much earlier time is discouraged as it will congest the station.

Easytrip stations with ORRAS will NOT accept walk-ins. No Appointment, no installation policy will apply.

No show or late arrival of more than 10 minutes after the appointment will forfeit schedule and customer must book again.
