Easytrip RFID is FREE, just pay the initial load amount: P100, P200, P500, or P1000.

It takes 5 to 15 minutes to install the Easytrip RFID.

Easytrip RFID Sticker could be installed in the middle-right part of your windshield. If your car's windshield is heavily tinted, our installers will put the Easytrip RFID Sticker on your right headlamp. Take note that only Easytrip's Installers are allowed to install the stickers to avoid any inconvenience.

We highly recommend that you subscribe for a new Easytrip RFID under your name. Have the previous RFID cancelled first before applying for a new one.

1. Visit any Easytrip station.
2. Make sure to have your Easytrip account number ready.
3. Card processing will take 7 working days with a fee of P100 for the replacement.

    Take note: Wait for a text message from Easytrip if your card is ready for pick up.

If the replacement is covered by the warranty, you just have to pay the P500 initial load for North and P200 for South.

Visit any Easytrip Installation sites and have your Easytrip RFID sticker checked. If defect has been found on the sticker, you may have it replaced by our installer. RFID check-up is FREE, replacement of RFID Sticker is FREE, just pay the initial load.

Yes, you can. To activate Autosweep RFID to Easytrip RFID, just follow the ff. steps:

• Bring your vehicle and Autosweep card to any of our stations and events.
• Pay the initial load of P 200 (South) and P 500 (North).
• Your Easytrip wallet will be activated within 24 hours.
• Your Easytrip card will be issued after 5 days.

You may visit any Easytrip station to avail the FREE check up of your RFID for possible replacement.

Easytrip SIY RFID is a Stick-It-Yourself RFID sticker that you can personally install at the comfort of your home.

Take Note: Easytrip Services Corp. has stopped its SIY RFID thus this unavailable as of the moment. Avail of Easytrip RFID ONLY at Easytrip stations and events.

Motorcycle must be 400cc and up. Bring the ff.:

- Original or photocopy of OR/CR
- Sales Invoice
- Letter from the dealer indicating the specification of the motorcycle.

RFID is FREE, just pay the initial load.

Visit any Easytrip station and have the Easytrip RFID sticker checked. If defective or if the sticker is not properly read by the handheld device, a replacement will be advised. RFID check-up and replacement is FREE, just pay the initial load.

- Do not peel it off and transfer in other location or vehicle.

- Do not spray directly with pressure washer during car wash

- Do not wipe abrasive substance on the sticker

- Visit any Easytrip station regularly for your RFID check up

Registering your Easytrip RFID is important. You will be able to manage your account via myeasytrip, receive the latest updates, advisories and participate in promos and loyalty program of Easytrip.

Before proceeding to the registration process, check your account by providing your Easytrip RFID account number and the card number. If the account is registered, a message will appear confirming the account's registered status. If you want to update your account information, call 1-35000 or log in to your myeasytrip account.

1.   Visit https://mptc.outsystementerprise.com/EasytripRegistration/SeRF.

2.   Input your Easytrip RFID Account no. and Card No. to check if your account is already registered and click "Check".

3. There will be a notification on the screen to know if your account is registered or not. If you are already registered, you may update your information by calling 1-35000 or proceed in creating myeasytrip account. If not yet registered, you may proceed with the registration.

If you were able to successfully provide all necessary information, the message "Account successfully registered" will appear on the screen and a reference number will be given. Take note of the reference number as this can be used to dispute registration concerns.

Contact 1-35000 to retrieve or update account information or log in to your myeasytrip web account then edit your information.

Your 16-digit Easytrip RFID card number is found at the back of your card just below the barcode.

Changes and updates on account information are applied automatically once successful.

Yes, once the SeRF registration is successful, proceed in creating your myeasytrip account.

Contact 1-35000 and submit your reference number to verify and check your account.
